Reverse osmosis is a process through which a solvent is forced to pass from a high solute concentration to a low solute concentration by applying a higher pressure to overcome the natural osmotic pressure. In a natural course, the solvent is moved from a low solute concentration to a high solute concentration called osmosis as is found in case of a plant while its root sucks the water from the soil. But in the filtering process of water, the osmosis process is reversed and that is why excess pressure over the osmotic pressure is required to pass solvent from higher concentration to lower concentration to get the pure water. A semipermeable membrane made of dense polymer acts as a barrier layer and separates the impurities in the water. However, different types of plants are discussed below:

Industrial RO system

Industrial RO water treatments are customized according to your requirement of water. The industrial RO system is available with a minimum water flow ranges from 1 M3/Hr. The standard ranges are multiple of 1 M3/Hr and available up to 10 M3/Hr. However, above 10 M3/Hr and up to 100 M3/Hr ranges are also available if needed by you. In that case, based on water quality an extensive pre-filtration unit is necessary to suit the aggressive waters. The significant features of such plant include:
